Not based in the UK? We can now ship your favourite fragrance direct to your door.
Simply drop us an email with all your contact details including your full name, address, mobile number and email and let us know what you would like to buy.
Our Customer Service team will be in touch the following working day with your bespoke quote.
For first time shipments, all deliveries will be sent to the address where the card used for purchase is registered.
There are some territories where we are still finalising local shipping arrangements so apologies if we can’t ship to you immediately – we are working on it.
Please note: Maison Francis Kurkdjian and Grossmith fragrances are not available for international shipping. Kilian is available for EU and UK shipping only. Eau d’Italie & ALTAIA cannot be shipped to US, Australia or New Zealand.
Please note we are unable to deliver to Ukraine, Russia and Belarus currently.
Delivery Costs and Timings
All our products are shipped Express Delivery and should arrive within 2 - 3 days. Shipping charges vary by territory so the final price will be dependent on the weight of your order and the carrier used.
You will receive a pro-forma invoice confirming the costs before any payment is taken.
Fragrance is considered a Dangerous Good and is subject to additional charges.

Your shipping charge is based on the minimum basket fee of £150. Shipping rates for orders below this threshold will be calculated and advised at the time.
UK Vat & Local Customs and Taxes
International shipments do not attract UK VAT but may be subject to local duties and taxes.
All goods are shipped DAP - Delivery At Place. The price you pay to Les Senteurs will exclude all relevant import duties and sales taxes. Payment of these local duties taxes is YOUR responsibility.
Your carrier will contact you via email to let you know what duties are due and how these can be paid to release your order.
As we are unable to advise you on the exact cost for any local taxes and duties, we recommend contacting your local Customs office or tax authority before placing any order.
Due to significant surcharges for shipping fragrance internationally there is a minimum order value of £150.
Returns
We are unable to accept any Returns unless the product is faulty and/or damaged. In the event of any damage please contact our Customer Care team online@lessenteurs.com for further help.
