It’s always especially exciting to showcase a new fragrance by home-grown English talent: step forward RUTH MASTENBROEK, a leading light of English perfumery for the past quarter century.
Ruth has just launched her very own fragrance line which reflects not only her original talent but her enormous experience of the perfume world: she took a degree in chemistry at Oxford and trained with the best perfumers in the business at Grasse.
At the coal face, she has worked on the shop floor at Selfridge’s and for Quest perfume creations. Ruth was formerly President of the British Society of Perfumers. So she really knows every angle of this very intricate art and we think it shows in her gorgeous debut chypre scent.
