Parfums Caron
A classic collection of scents from one of the great legendary French perfume houses, celebrating its centenary in 2004.
The perfumier and chemist, Ernest Daltroff, founded the noble house of Caron in 1904. Shortly thereafter a chance encounter with Parisien seamstress, Felicie Wanpouille changed the course of perfume history. His intimate relationship with Wanpouille gave this extraordinary woman the opportunity to exercise her un-dreamed of and innate skills as a highly imaginative , innovitive perfumer in her own right. Most of the Caron creations of the next fifty years were to be heavily influenced by her presence in Daltroff's personal and professional life.
Unless otherwise indicated most fragrances are presented in the classic Picot Bottle pictured far right.
NEW. The Fontaines Collection - Seven fragrances once only available in Parfum strength now released as Eau de Parfums in Caron's new square 'monument' spray bottle.
